This article is devoted to modern methods of treatment of osteoporosis during pregnancy and lactation (PLP). PLP is one of the rare diseases that occurs in the later stages of pregnancy or during lactation, manifested mainly by the destruction of the bones of the spine [2-7]. The article provides information on the etiopathogenesis, diagnostic methods and modern methods of treatment of this pathology.
