Atrophic rhinitis is a chronic inflammatory process of the nasal cavity, characterized by atrophy of the nasal mucosa, and the inflammatory process also affects the glands and nasal concha. In this article, the authors describe the improvement of treatment tactics and prevention of disease recurrence in patients with atrophic rhinitis and atrophic pharyngitis. The article covers 22 patients aged 18 to 65 with chronic atrophic pharyngitis, and presents the treatment methods and treatment results used by the authors.
