In the paper, we perform a statistical analysis of a catalog of lopsided disk-like galaxies and provide empirical relationships between their physical characteristics. We performed a statistical analysis of 2857 lopsided disk-like galaxies. As the amplitude of lopsidedness increases, the number of galaxies decreases sharply. In our statistical analysis, 82% of lopsided disk-like galaxies are the spiral galaxies and 18% are the lenticular galaxies.
