This research paper is developed based on the strategic programs of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding regional economic policy and the regulation of migration processes. The article provides a profound theoretical analysis of the conceptual characteristics of migration flows through the prism of Push-pull factors, the Harris-Todaro classical model, and the New Economics of Labor Migration (NELM) theories
