The article is aimed at assessing the effectiveness of implementing digital technologies in business processes. Digital transformation and its impact on business processes, methodology for implementing digital technologies, analysis of the effectiveness of digital transformation, and proposals are presented. The necessary approaches, resources, and best practices for the successful integration of digital technologies into business processes are studied. Ways to improve the effectiveness of digital transformation are also proposed.
