В данной статье авторами освещены характеристики человеческого капитала в отраслях и сферах экономики сегодня, его состояние, анализ показателей оценки человеческого капитала, возможности повышения эффективности результатов оценки человеческого капитала. Кроме того, разработаны предложения и рекомендации по сферам влияния человеческого капитала на производство и производительность труда.
