Entrepreneurial activity is directly related to ensuring consumer rights. Since when carrying out entrepreneurial activity, it is necessary to ensure a balance of interests of the consumer, entrepreneur and the state, to establish an optimal and simplified procedure for protecting consumers' rights from illegal actions of socially significant market entities. This, in turn, requires businesses to provide accurate and reliable information to the consumer, as well as certain criteria for accurately assessing which information is incorrect for the full development of the Business Code. It should be noted that in case of a conflict of interests between an entrepreneur and a consumer, one should be guided by Article 53 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which provides for the priority of consumer rights. Consequently, in the production of goods, services and works, a business entity must take into account the priority of consumer rights. In this regard, the codification of legislation in the field of entrepreneurship should establish priority rules for ensuring and protecting consumer rights, as well as ensuring the interests of consumers as one of the conditions for doing business.
