The article discusses the features and priority areas for ensuring environmental protection in Central Asia, regional aspects of adaptation to climate change, measures to implement the Sustainable Development Goals, solve problems in the formation of a green economy, reduce the negative consequences of the Aral ecological catastrophe, develop measures for the sustainable development of the Aral Sea region in based on the implementation of bilateral and multilateral agreements, the development of economic, social and environmental measures to adapt to global climate change based on eco-innovations.
