The author of the article gave information about the concept of walaya in Sufism and its etymology. He analyzed the opinion of scholars on the issue of karama associated with walaya and the coverage of this issue in Islamic theology. He tried to show the attitude of the Sufis to the issue of karama and the meaning of walaya in their sources. The different views of the Sufis on the conditions of walaya were discussed.
