In this article, we will talk about the fact that the concept of cybercrime is a very urgent task for any state that in modern society is experiencing a rapid growth of cyber threats, the need to ensure information security, scientific and theoretical views on the assessment and analysis of this type of criminal situation on a global scale every year. Theoretical and scientific in this field, at the same time, about the problems in the legislation. The fact is that the development of communication networks, information technologies and mass computerization have led to evolutionary changes not only at the level of individual states, but also at the level of the entire world community in the Jinoan environment. Cyber-extremism and its extreme form-cyberterrorism - that is, scientific ideas about the disorganization of information systems, which entail the risk of losing databases, causing significant material damage or other socially dangerous consequences, were expressed about cyber attacks committed in anticipation of political motives.
