This statement provides an analysis of results of reconstructive- restorative surgeries in 106 patients. All patients previously operated on large intestines diseases from 2015 to 2020 at the department of the general surgery of the faculty of advancement qualifications of doctors of the Andijan State Medical Institute. The study showed that in 12 (27,9%) patients developed various postoperative complications. As well as, separation and preparing of rectum for operation is continued as a significant problem.
