The Patriotic War of the Soviet people posed a number of new questions for the state notary bodies, the correct resolution of which required from the notary employees to increase their legal literacy. The procedure for performing notarial acts in the Republic of Uzbekistan has also undergone significant changes. This article is devoted to the problems of the formation of the all-Union system of the Soviet notary during the Great Patriotic War.
