Annotatsiya

Results of comparative analysis of the formation processes of 7 Be nuclei and (α+3 He) system in channels with formation of alpha-particles in 16Op-collisions at 3.25 A GeV/s are presented. It is obtained that the two studied channels of formation of seven nucleon systems in 16Op-collisions at 3.25 A GeV/s are realized at very close physical conditions.
