Annotatsiya

This study investigates the effect of electro-stimulation applied to seed tubers and vegetative plants on the growth duration and developmental phases of Arizona, Bakhro-30, and Sante potato varieties. The results indicate that in variants where only seed tubers underwent electro-stimulation, germination accelerated by 1–3 days, and the total growing period was shortened by 3–6 days compared to the control. Conversely, electro-stimulation applied during the vegetative stage extended the flowering and haulm-yellowing phases, thereby increasing the overall growing period by 2–3 days. When combined electro-stimulation was applied to both seed tubers and plants, no significant difference was observed relative to the control.
