The article reveals the content and essence of women's rights in the family, basic concepts and principles of state protection of women's rights, normative legal acts on women's rights and their implementation, equality of husband and wife in the family, personal and property rights of women, gender equality, protection of women from oppression and violence, its legal aspects are substantiated.
