Annotation. In this article, the person in a state of stress is covered by his own self-control options and ways out of stressful situations. In addition, the socio-psychological factors of the formation of stability to stressful situations in educators as well as the intensity of experiencing professional stress cognitive assessment of professional and unprofessional stressors. Individual psychological characteristics, including personal qualities, factors of self- expression, motivational structure shed light on the ways of overcoming the professional stress of future educators.
