Annotatsiya

This article reveals the methods of developing professional competence in nurses, its methodology and psychological foundations. In addition, research has been carried out on the study of the social and psychological competence of medical personnel and the factors that influence its formation.Also identified the socio-psychological factors and mechanisms that shape the Social-Psychological competence of medical workers, the doctors talked about social-psychological competence and the identification and justification of the interaction of social intelligence.
