Maqolada ijtimoiy fobiya muammosi va uning psixologik chegaralarning buzilishi va yaxlit shaxsiyatni shakllantirish qiyinligi bilan bog’liqligi ko’rib chiqiladi. Ota- onalar va bola o’rtasidagi o’ziga xos munosabatlar bolaning boshqalar bilan munosabatlarida moslashuvchan va barqaror psixologik chegaralarni shakllantirishda qiyinchiliklarga olib kelishi mumkinligi aniqlandi. Beqaror chegaralar oiladan tashqarida sotsializatsiyani qiyinlashtiradi, bu esa etarlicha yaxlit shaxsiyatning shakllanishiga to’sqinlik qiladi. Ijtimoiy fobiya bu kontekstda parchalangan o’ziga xoslik fonida jamiyatdan rad etish qo’rquvi va shaxs tomonidan noto’g’ri kutish sifatida qabul qilinadi.
