In this article, the judicial courts operating in Turkestan at the end of the 19th - the beginning of the 20th century, legal regulations, issues related to the history of notarial actions, local administration, their impact on economic, political, social, religious, cultural life, the working procedures of the judges of the Turkestan region, legal foundations and the issues of reflection of legal values in the legislation were considered.
