Annotatsiya

The article analyzes concept of informational culture and studies problems of its formation/ also there are characterized new opportunities, created by modern informational- communicative technologies while soloing this problem. In the article analyzed new requirements to the informational culture in the conditions of informational society and shown ways of their formation.
