Annotatsiya

This work addresses the issues of sports training of jumpers at the stage of preparatory specialization, which is based on the development of speed abilities. The article analyzes the level of physical fitness among student athletes at the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute (athletics club, group of the initial stage of training), within the framework of general provisions, the nature of those studying rational forms of constructing the training process, the individuality of the athlete can be reflected. It is relevant to develop basic methodological rules that show the essence and justified framework for individualizing training for young athletes. The use of special exercises in the training process that improve technical readiness, affecting speed qualities, is considered. The results of the study are reflected and the dynamics of changes in the results for the main indicators are studied.
