Ta’limning dinamik tabiati o’quvchilarning o’zgaruvchan ehtiyojlarini qondirish uchun doimiy takomillashtirish va moslashishni talab qiladi. Akmeologiya, shaxsiy va kasbiy rivojlanish fani, oliy ta’limni boshqarish tizimlarini, xususan, pedagogika sohasida takomillashtirish uchun qimmatli asos yaratadi. Ushbu maqola oliy ta’limni boshqarishda akmeologik yondashuvlarning ahamiyati va ularning pedagogik amaliyotga ta’sirini o’rganadi.
