This article discusses the pedagogical features of teaching rhythmic gymnastics to students. In addition, the connections between the characteristics of the nervous system and indicators reflecting the degree of manifestation of coordination abilities were studied, the dependence of the coordination abilities of gymnasts aged 6-9 on the individual psychological characteristics of the pace of development was revealed, the effectiveness of the training impact aimed at the development of coordination abilities based on the application of an individual psychological approach taking into account the individual psychological characteristics of young gymnasts was assessed. goes.
