Annotatsiya

The article analyzes the features of interpersonal relationships of female teachers, in particular, describes the dominant types of attitude towards others and such integrative indicators as dominance- friendliness. It was found that modern female teachers are inclined to cooperate, flexible in relationships, able to show compassion, sympathy, care, able to encourage and reassure others, and polite. However, they follow conventions, rules and principles of «good manners» in dealing with people. But, despite this, they are self- confident, tenacious and persistent, prone to competition, emotionally restrained and able to obey.
