Annotatsiya

The problem of this article was to identify leadership qualities in children, boys and girls of school age, and the possibility of their implementation during the study. The authors considered the issue of leadership differences between boys and girls. Issues of family conditions for a qualitative approach to the development of leadership qualities in children are identified and analyzed.
