O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2020 yil 8 oktyabrdagi “Qatag‘on qurbonlarining merosini chuqur o‘rganish va ular xotirasini abadiylashtirishga doir qo‘shimcha chora-tadbirlar to‘g‘risida”gi F-5598-sonli Farmoyishi va Oliy Majlisga qilgan Murojaatlarida O‘zbekistonda sovet hokimiyati yillarida nohaq nomlari qoralanib, oxir-oqibatda o‘limga mavhum etilgan millatparvarvar yurtdoshlarimiz, taraqqiyparvar insonlar va jadid munavvarlari tarixini chuqur o‘rganish masalasi dolzarb qilib qo‘yildi. Turkiston mintaqasi va O‘zbekiston tarixida Buxoro taraqqiyparvarlik harakati ishtirokchilari, milliy mustaqillik uchun kurash jarayonida turganlarning munosib o‘rni bor.
