Maqola bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy kompetensiyasini shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim asosida rivojlantirish texnologiyasiga bag‘ishlangan. Shaxsga yo’naltirilgan ta’lim texnologiyasi o’quvchilarga moslashtirilgan, qiziqarli va mazmunli o’rganish tajribasini taqdim etish orqali ta’limni o’zgartirish imkoniyatiga ega. Bu o’z-o’zini boshqarishni rivojlantirishga yordam beradi, motivatsiya va faollikni oshiradi va hamkorlik, tanqidiy fkrlash va muammolarni hal qilish kabi 21-asr ko’nikmalarini rivojlantirishga yordam beradi.
