Annotatsiya

In this article, there is a need to regulate the use of special exercises specific to athletics, as well as active games in improving the movement readiness of schoolchildren, and for this, it is appropriate to develop an effective, scientifically based methodology.The methodology aimed at using the tools and methods of athletics and athletic sports in students during the training of elementary school students was developed, and the effectiveness of the methodology was substantiated through pedagogical experiments.
