This article discusses the research of the manifestation and development of the factors of social-psychological competence of security service employees and the improvement of its specific social-psychological factors, identifying the social-psychological factors and components that develop the social-psychological competence and personal qualities of security service employees, the results of the research related to the research of the manifestation and development of communicative, emotional and personality components in security service employees are described.
