The article analyzes the results of a study that the problem of psychological protection of a person in extreme situations has always been one of the most urgent problems facing humanity, the social development of a person in all aspects, his activities as a person and his self-development. Separately, it should be noted that the availability of sufficient information for individuals about their psychological capabilities, achievements and shortcomings in a certain area will help them easily overcome any life failures, be able to use their capabilities more widely. in a word, it creates ample opportunities for the formation of ideas about oneself, which have a deeper, positive and unique social value.
