O’yin davomida yosh voleybolchilar ko’plab qulay daqiqalarni yo’qotishadi, chunki ular raqib bilan kurashda eng yaxshi zarba yo’llarini tanlay olmaydilar. O’yin texnikasini tushuntirish va o’rganish jarayonida texnikaning asosini, tananing alohida qismlarining harakatlanish ketma-ketligini, turli xil texnikalarni bajarishda tezlik va ularning amplitudasini chuqur o’rganish kerak. Bu omillar voleybolchining harakatlari samaradorligiga erishishda asosiy omil hisoblanadi. Hujum zarbasini bajarish va blokirovka qilishda texnikani bajarish jarayonida raqibni nazorat qilish muhimdir. SHuning uchun ham yosh voleybolchilarda raqibning harakatlarini doim, to to’p tepguncha kuzatish qobiliyatini egallash zarur.
