The article describes the organization of speech therapy for children with severe speech disorders in Uzbekistan. Currently, a system of assistance to children with speech pathology has been created and is constantly being improved in our country. Speech therapy is provided through education and healthcare in the private sector. The category of children with speech disorders is polymorphic in its composition and very numerous. Speech disorders have different etiology and pathogenesis, both primary and secondary disorders can appear in the structure of the defect.
