Annotatsiya

A study was conducted on 102 patients with acute destructive pancreatitis and enzymatic peritonitis who underwent laparoscopy within the first 72 hours after the onset of the disease. The results of this study led to the development of a scoring system for assessing pathological changes in the abdominal cavity, allowing for the prediction of disease severity. It was found that the results of laparoscopy with a scoring assessment of abdominal changes corresponded more closely to the severity assessment of acute pancreatitis performed using computed tomography based on the Balthazar scale (with a sensitivity of 86.3% and 91.2%, respectively).
