Annotatsiya

The article presents a study devoted to differentiated surgical tactics in acute destructive pancreatitis (ADP). The results of using modern minimally invasive methods, such as therapeutic and diagnostic laparoscopy and percutaneous drainage, in 128 patients suffering from various forms of destructive pancreatitis are analyzed. It has been proven that early use of minimally invasive interventions significantly reduces the incidence of purulent complications, general somatic diseases and mortality. At the same time, a differentiated approach to surgery, depending on the extent of pancreatic damage, allows for significant improvement in disease outcomes, especially in patients with focal forms of pancreatic necrosis.
