Extensive and deep burns can lead to one of the pathologies of the musculoskeletal system. The most severe type of injury to those affected is purulent inflammation of the joints of the extremities. The burn department of the Samarkand branch monitored 32 patients with grade IIIAB-IV burn injury who were treated during the period of toxemia and septic toxemia. The result of using low-frequency current for the prevention of purulent joint inflammation in burns in 80-85% of cases, no inflammatory complications were observed as a result of exposure to low-frequency laser beams on inflammatory foci, and positive results were achieved.
