The United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) serves as a cornerstone for anti-corruption efforts, outlining measures for criminalization, prevention, and prosecution. Key provisions address bribery, abuse of power, illicit enrichment, and money laundering. By aligning domestic legislation with international norms, states strengthen their capacity to combat corruption and uphold transparency and justice worldwide.
