It also explores the forms and types of unlawful behavior involving non-compliance with the legitimate requirements of internal affairs officers and other individuals tasked with maintaining public order and ensuring citizens' rights and freedoms. The article discusses how this administrative offense can be manifested through both actions and inactions. Additionally, the author presents proposals and reflections on these concepts.
