This article analyzes and studies the current state of work performed in this area, the regulation of relations in the field of labor migration, state policy in this area, ongoing reforms, legal framework governing this activity, as well as factors affecting the provision of migrants' rights. Existing problems and shortcomings in this direction are highlighted on the basis of the analysis of official statistical information. The main reasons for the existing problems are the need for a number of organizational and legal measures, as well as proposals and recommendations aimed at their implementation.
