This article discusses the legislation and practice related to the storage, return to the owner and the sale of seized property, in particular, the problems and shortcomings that arise when selling property through retail stores on the basis of contracts, as well as proposals for improving the relevant legislation aimed at their elimination on the basis of a thorough study and analysis of the reporting information of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the Prosecutor General's Office.
