The article reflects the views of scientists on the causes and factors of juvenile delinquency, advanced experiences in organizing the prevention of juvenile delinquency in foreign countries, opinions on reforms in the field of juvenile delinquency prevention, activities of inspector-psychologists in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author also put forward his scientific and practical proposals and comments on the prevention and reduction of juvenile delinquency.
