The article highlights the application of the rotation mechanism in the civil service and its types, the existing problems in the application of rotation to civil servants and the importance of eliminating corruption through the correct use of the institution of rotation in the organization of civil service. Some statistical data and forecasts on the rotation of civil servants are presented. As a result of the analysis of the best practices for the rotation of civil servants in foreign countries, proposals were developed and developed to improve this area.
