The article discusses the reforms carried out by the road police in the country, the peculiarities of considering appeals of individuals and legal entities to the road safety service, the main tasks of the state road police, the Code of Administrative Responsibility. There are also proposals based on the current traffic rules, based on civil and criminal laws. It was concluded that the proposals served the interests of the people.
