The article discusses the features of Muslim criminal law, as well as aspects of the criminal liability of persons with mental disorders, not excluding sanity on the example of Islamic law. The issues of responsibility for actions committed by persons with mental disorders are described, proposals and recommendations for national legislation are developed.
