This article explain on the term of subjects of investment activities, their types and general description. The article provides definitions for the concepts of the subject of investment activity, individual, citizen, sole proprietor, legal entity, resident, investor, contractor, user of capital investment objects, and makes comparative analysis of the legislation on new and old investments and investment activity.
