This article discusses the main issues of legal regulation of intellectual property relations, as well as industrial designs. Moreover, it analyzes conditions for patentability of industrial design, utility model and invention, especially the requirements for industrial designs in matter of originality and non-originality of this issue. The article examines domestic legal regulatory acts, as well as international conventions, which is implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
