This article analyzes the general characteristics of administrative procedures for the state registration of nongovernment non-profit organizations in Uzbekistan, legal regulation of state registration of nongovernment non-profit organizations in the United States, Germany and the Russian Federation, and prospects for improving administrative procedures for the state registration of nongovernment non-profit organizations in Uzbekistan.
