The article analyzes the concept of a departmental normative legal act on the basis of theoretical and current legislation. In foreign countries, the study of administrative regulations is based on administrative law. The concept of a departmental regulatory legal document is determined by authorship. The author also analyzes the features of the concept of a departmental normative legal act.
