Annotatsiya

This article examines the biological efficacy of various chemical preparations against the potato tuber moth (Phthorimaea operculella Zeller). The experiment was conducted in the Jomboy district of Samarkand region, testing the preparations KORAGEN, FEGO, PROKLAIM FIT 450, and NURELL D (used as a standard reference). Results were calculated using the Abbott formula, and biological efficacy indicators were compared on days 3, 7, 14, and 21. The findings show that PROKLAIM FIT 450 V.G was the only preparation that maintained efficacy at a level of 47.5% even on day 21, demonstrating the highest and most durable effect. KORAGEN and FEGO showed high initial efficacy, but their effect decreased considerably over time. The study indicates that when selecting insecticides, both initial efficacy and the duration of action should be taken into account.
