Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) constitute an important component of modern market economies, contributing to innovation, employment generation, and economic agility. However, rapid digitalization presents both transformativeopportunities and operational constraints for firms with limited resources. This study investigates the strategic adoption and impact ofkey digital marketing technologies—specifically, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and data-drivenCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) tools—on SME financial performance and market expansion. Using a quantitative surveyof 250 SMEs, an ordinary least squares (OLS) regression model was estimated to quantify the relationship between digital marketingexpenditure, platform usage intensity, and revenue growth. The findings indicate that a 10-percentage-point increase in the share ofmarketing expenditure allocated to digital channels is associated with a 3.85-percentage-point increase in annual revenue growth.Additionally, the findings suggest that CRM automation may contribute to reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC). Systemicbarriers, including digital skills gaps and financial constraints, are also analyzed. The paper concludes by proposing a practical policyframework to accelerate digital adoption among SMEs
