In this study, a comprehensive analysis of lake tourism in Almaty, Kazakhstan is performed using Big Almaty Lake as a case study. This research is a pioneering study investigating visitor reviews for the lake tourism in Almaty, Kazakhstan using text data. As there is no public dataset consisting of Big Almaty Lake reviews, a new dataset is constructed.
